AP-7000 is currently the largest multi parameter water quality monitoring instrument in the AP series. In addition to the ten standard parameters, up to six additional sensors can be added. This device is designed for long-term deployment, using an integrated self-cleaning system to clean all sensors installed on the probe, combined with a self counting data logger AquaLogger, to achieve long-term unmanned monitoring.

Metal material:

All probes are made of marine grade aluminum alloy, with a black surface and anodized treatment, which has good corrosion resistance and resistance to biological pollution.

Sensor:

The AP-7000 is equipped with all commonly used water quality monitoring sensors pre installed on the probe, which can monitor a total of 10 standard parameters: PH、ORP、 Conductivity TDS、SSG、 Electrical resistivity, salinity, dissolved oxygen, depth, temperature. At the same time, the host also has 6 empty Aux sockets, which can accommodate all of our ion or optical sensors, so the AP-7000 can monitor up to 16 parameters simultaneously.

Self cleaning system:

The AP-7000 uses a built-in central cleaning system that cleans all installed sensors multiple times per cleaning cycle. It is also possible to perform a cleaning function before calibration to remove air bubbles on the optical sensor.

Over time, sensors may become contaminated, especially during long-term deployment. The wiper will keep all sensors clean during this period, which is essential for optical sensors that use lenses for monitoring. Therefore, the cleaning brush arm is easy to disassemble for quick and simple replacement of the cleaning brush on site:

Remove the locking pin from the top of the cleaning arm ➡ The bracket slides out of the bottom of the cleaning arm ➡ Remove the brush and replace it

Cleaning control: When in contact withWhen using AquaLogger together, you can choose the cleaning frequency of the cleaning brush. When using the telemetry system, the cleaning brush will run every 6 hours to reduce battery consumption.

We haveThe lengths of 10 meters, 20 meters, and 30 meters can be selected, and customized lengths can also be provided according to requirements. All cables of 20 meters and above are installed on reels, making work easier.

Select data recording method:

GPS handheld device is a handheld device used for real-time data viewing and recording. The data can be downloaded into our AquaLink software. Every time it is read, the GPS coordinates are recorded, making the design simple and making the work easier.

AquaLogger is a self counting data logger designed for short to medium term unmanned monitoring. It has a dataset storage, including a pressure sensor for air pressure measurement, and the entire equipment is powered by lithium batteries.
